CYFS beta channel updates report Oct 21,2022

The OOD service has updated to version 1.0.1.42. The modifications are as follows:

- The crypto module of cyfs-stack added encryption and decryption functions

- Minimum rust version increased to 1.63.

- Optimized the uninstall logic of DecApp.

- Optimized the download logic of Service and DecApp to reduce CPU usage.

- Improved the stability of active-standby OOD synchronization.

- BDT performance improvements

- Refactored some logic of dsg-service

- Fixed DEC app service data path in sandbox

cyfs-tool has updated to version 0.5.13:

- Significantly reduced package size by reducing the space footprint of the app demo
